hey guys heres 2 that i just finshed and have 2 more in the works, heres my col courage and mirage my way. so let me know what you think thanks X

Nice work, Sean. Col.Courage is my fav, just because you don't see too many "serious" customs of him. Mirage is cool in his own right too. The removable head gear is a sweet touch.

Nice take on both of these - I need to start learning how to extend the torsos like that.

Agree with JFAK on Courage - it's great to NOT see him with a tie & helmet on (that was always so lame.) Love all the gear - that always drives your customs home, IMO.

Very cool.

I love Courage, but I'm not getting "Mirage" from Mirage.

He needs something a little more high tech to back him up, even if it's just strap on gear, rather than the exo suit. Have any little "tech toys" to give him?

Nice job as always, x. That's a great take on Col Courage. It gives him more of a battlefield look than the desk driver look of his original.

Lemmie think on that. Mirage is a guy that uses heavy weapons and technology to take out the enemy. He's a skinny little dude with a lot of tech that makes him big and bad like the giants like Roadblock and Heavy Duty.

Maybe something like EMP mines or electronic black boxes? Also maybe switch to a techier weapon like the new combat rifle that Marauder is coming out with? The Colt commando is an awesome weapon, but it seems a little oldschool for mirage.

As always, excellent work. Colonel Courage looks way better than the original figure (of course, that's not saying much). Mirage I think looks more like a soldier, as he should.

I like seeing your wips too.

Really diggen the Col. Courage, great parts and paint choice. I really like the other figure, but he dosen't spark a Mirage reaction. Original character??

Ummm no... He's the classic SSgt Baikun. Reimagined to be a believeable regular USMC NCO, to fit with the rest of the Joes.

What the heck about the figure isn't obviously Mirage? He's got a blonde crewcut, goggles, and the mic strapped around his head. So what's missing besides the stupid cyber moon-boots?

Col. Courage is perfect. I'd totally buy that figure.

Mirage looks much better with the new weapon. He's supposed to be the Joe's heavy artillery and hi-tech weapons expert. Weapons and armor that are more cutting edge are an integral part of his character. It is what seperates him form every other blonde hair crew cut wearing soldier.

Now that's what I'm talking about. That totally says Mirage to me now. Adding the scope to that gun makes it look amazing BTW.
