Yes, that's a movie Ripcord head. I thought about building up the scalp to go for the wooly hair seen in the comic, but liked the look I got by simply adding on the beard and widow's peak.

good eye for parts, and nice likeness. I dig the SW approach to your motivations of late - appear on screen (or in a comic panel) and your figure will be made eventually. lol

The Ahmed recipe is:

Head: ROC Ripcord
Upper torso, upper arms: IJ Cairo Swordsman
Lower arms, waist, legs: IJ German Soldier
Boots: SW:AOFC Anakin Skywalker
Bandolier: Chap Mei Ninja???
Satchel: IJ Indiana Jones w/bandolier ammo portion from Chap Mei figure gunbelt

I didn't heat up the hands enough before popping them out, so they busted and had to be glued back in a set position. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with most of the parts. I was afraid that the Anakin Skywalker boots would make the whole thing come off as a Jedi, but the inclusion of the ammo belt and satchel seems to offset any Jedi look.

There is a ball neck Corps figure that is perfect for this...

It's usually a guy in a ballcap and sunglasses. Dead ringer for the CIA guy from Marvel #6.
