I don't know this guy's name, but he is on Facebook.

He posted he was looking for a Storm Shadow Battler from the RoC line for his son.

I found one and picked it up in May.

He stated he sent payment, which never arrived.

I contacted him again and was told he would send out another payment.

That has yet to arrive.

He asked about a month ago on his page that anyone with ongoing trades get in contact with him.

I did and was told he was going to check in with his Post Office to verify his records.

With no further response I have attempted to make contact with him several times.

He has yet to get back in contact with me and now it is almost the end of July.

I don't know if anyone else has dealt with him before, but I would avoid any deals with him.

I had a trade with him probably a year ago. Sent out his stuff. Never received mine.

Nobody should ever deal with him. If it weren't for zombieguide, I would never have seen my Transformers Activity Center again.

It is a shame, bad news for me. He is a veteran in the Joe-community as I can see.

Darkjedi I addressed this on facebook, and after sending out the second payment I didn't hear back from you, I have traded with countless friends on facebook. With bithomas I apologized for the lapse it took to get your activity set back to you, but it was returned and those scans have made it throughout the community I am not a fraud nor am I a crook, I have had a few communication issues, and that's on me...but I am a stand up guy and I'll happily talk to any of you through pm, or here.

I sent numerous private messages through Facebook to try and communicate with you. In fact, I sent at least one a month to you. I only started this thread on here because I wasn't sure what else to do.

I just went to check on Facebook now and it turns out it wants me to add you as a friend. I didn't do any de-friending.

I tried repeatedly, since April, to successfully conclude this transaction. I have had no communication from you for several months now and can get the Postmaster to verify I have not cashed one single Post Office money order from anyone. She knows I have been looking for an envelope from Mississippi for some time now.

I can have my postmaster contact your post office, with the second money order receipt, I've sent payment twice! For the record people Dark jedi has not sent out anything to me, (I've made it policy to ship payment first.....to avoid this very headache). And I cannot fathom why you're not on my facebook, i did not de-friend you, but I have went as far as paying twice. And since your deal I've had over 70 deals and not a single one has had a problem! I am sorry that I didn't get your messages, otherwise I would have acted quickly to ensure this matter was handled. Back when bithomas contacted zombieguide I got on these very boards and made good on EVERY person who contacted me!!! ( I'm not perfect by any means, but I have strived to honor every deal I have made). I took time off from collecting which is why only recently I returned to joecustoms, but most everyone on here knows my facebook address.

I've received not a single pm's here with any complaints. I will work with everyone to ensure that deals are met, as neapolitan joe said: I'm a veteran in this community, I know many of the members here and I talk with several of you on facebook on a regular basis.

I spoke with the local Postmaster shortly before noon today. She says you can do a money order inquiry to find out what has happen to the payments (if they have been cashed, by anyone).

You might ask Facebook as to why you didn't get messages. Until the de-friending, all the messages I sent you were still there, through actual messages or chat records. I believe I tried at least once a month, if not twice. That's at least 8 unseen messages.
