Body is 25th anniversary GI JOE Scarlet with the head from X-23 and the hair from a Spytroops GI JOE Scarlet figure.

Much better than the Hasbro super busty version. Are you planning the entire team? Love to see Beast and the "snowman" Iceman from that era.

That works really well. I agree I'd love to see that whole group this way.

I plan on doing teen Cyclops and maybe snowman Iceman. I already did a human Beast (X-factor costume) so that's less exciting of a project. Angel is kind of meh..but if I make Cyke and Iceman..weird not to do the other two right?

Just make a Calvin Rankin figure and you're golden...

Classic or modern or Exiles?
(actually all three are in various stages of development)

I imagine the scale of this makes it even better in relation to full-size MU figures.

And I agree, you pretty much have to make the whole team now that you've made one.

Another 'salvage' custom. With the new Nighhawk figure from Hasbro, I was able to rework my custom into teen Cyclops. I kept the arms a little long to be gangly like a teenager. I am thinking of changing the lower face to something a little smoother and younger.

nice job on both. definitely get a retro vibe from them both, and the scale is perfect

yeah both do look good. The cyclops head from the WO line is smaller so it'd look more as a teen agreed.
