  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

This is the 2nd completed member of the group I am calling "Fireteam 6". Base figure is a Renegades Ripcord, but I think it passes as a young Roadblock earning his stripes.

The figure is not that shiny in real life. I'm still experimenting with lighting and photography.

Looks good. I'm not generally a big fan of those Captain America shin guards, but they work, here.

The only thing that bothers me is kind of Hasbro's fault. It's the ammo belt with what looks like .50 cal ammunition feeding into a weapon that I know fires 5.56mm rounds.

yeah, when the bullet is twice the size of the barrel, you better be in a cartoon.

I really like those shin guards, and the olive drab with a few other colors thrown in. It makes him look plainly military, but unique enough to stand out.

Thanks TR1ER. I always thought figures would be tedious and really difficult so I stuck with vehicles, now that I am doing them, I think I like it just as much as vehicles. Its really fun to brainstorm ideas, paint the details to make them stand out, and swap out parts and gear.
