Does anyone else feel like GIJCC shipping is too high? The cheapest option seems to be like twice what I pay to ship stuff. Maybe I could understand if the items were cheaper than in the store, but its basically retail prices. Prevented me from buying something just now. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon and the free shipping over $25

They are charging for shipping and handling all in one bundle. I know that places like Amazon offer deals like that, but most of the time it's due to passing the cost on to the seller or buyer in another way.

Must be passed on to the seller, because not all sellers on ebay do free shipping over $25. I'm always searching for products from sellers that do.

I'm sure the sellers on ebay add that on to the starting price. I know I do.

GB is right, I do too. It's a basic business tenet that cost increase is passed on to the consumer.

I can usually find the same product for the same price with free shipping as without on Amazon. The bigger sellers are usually the ones offering free shipping.

Amazon comparison aside, the club does overcharge for shipping. They always have. They used to advertise items with a shipped price. So $30 shipped. When I get this item and the receipt, I see I was charged $3 more than what they advertised. I complained and they said that the advertised price was just an estimate on shipping and compensated me by giving me an extra month on my subscription which cost them absolutely nothing. After that they stopped advertising with the shipping included. Even now, they still overcharge. The average ebay seller has better shipping prices than the club does on equivalent sized items. This is why I didn't even consider getting additional MOTH sets even though they are so cheap now.
