Serpentor. We never got a proper 25th version. We got the DD inspired version, which was okay, and the slightly better DVD version, but we never got a good recreation of the v1 Serpentor in the modern style.

I'm still waiting on an acceptable - much less Ultimate - Viper. No stupid chrome faceplate that's a seperate entire head from the helmet, please. One-piece helmet with a good Trooper head underneath, running changes made to darken/lighten the skin tone across the duration of the production run to vary the racial mix. Why is that so damned hard?

Scarlett? That 80s VHS workout design would also have to be thrown away.

I think the Resolute version is a great update, just needs a better head sculpt.

Mutt and Junkyard,
Leatherneck,
Major Bludd (almost looks like Zanzibar from the Dreadnik pack was planned on for Maj. Bludd),
Wild Weasel,
Wild Bill,
Cutter (new head would be nice),
Scrap Iron (fully removable helmet),
Toll Booth (I think the Bridge layer would be a good vehicle for re-release, or put him with some other vehicle),
Copperhead (Removable helmet),
Frostbite (The one we got with the Ice Saber was a cop-out),
Dr. Mindbender (an update to more closely resemble his VvV version),
Blowtorch (not one we're all calling for, but a decent version that can hold his weapons would be nice),
Cover Girl (yeah, I know we're getting her in the FSS, but that figure could be a lot better)

It looks like with the exception of The Fridge and Keel Haul, all the characters from 82-86 and a pretty good chunk of 87 have had a Modern Era update of some kind (Cover Girl coming with the FSS [and her RoC version] and Iceberg supposing to be the Club's next figure)

Darko, I combined parts from all three 25th Serpentors and got a pretty decent representation of the v1, minus a lot of the green on his body.

I agree. Just give her a decent weapon load-out, and a new head. Maybe a leg holster.
You could even do Shipwreck with a modern Navy inspired camo-uniform.

I would build all the navy characters with that.

Destro V1- 25th one had good elements, but it's not the best they can do.

Major Bludd- No more barely poseable right arms. That was dumb.

Foot Loose could use a good "Ultimate" version. I mean as a light infantryman you could really load him down with gear. A plate carrier like the Resolute Duke, the chest rig from the Retaliation Beach Head, and/or the IBA from the Renegades Duke with a few extra pouches thrown on, that SOPMOD M4 from the Retaliation figures (which is really nice, only complaint is the optic they could have made it an ACOG or an M68 CCO, or even an EOTech) that new sculpt M249 with the para stock, a pistol or two, a ruck or assault pack, and an ACH or PASGT. You could either use the PASGT from the DG Duke or that Airframe looking helmet that came with Mouse in the three pack.
