Working on my Original 13 Kreons and found this cool custom backpack I want to use for Zap

I know that it uses at least three Lego neck brackets, but not sure what other pieces might be used.

Could this be the vest itself?

Probably so. Not as concerned with the vest because I'll use a Lego neck bracket to hold the backpack in place.

As Chakacha said, I think it's the Vest. one of these bricks: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=32000, and then the 2 neck parts you identified.

I will be able to use a neck bracket to hold it the same way the vest is holding it. Here is the part that I am unsure of.

I suspect Yes... I dont have one of those 1x2 with 2 holes in hand, but Most Bricks have a small inner peg... I think its usually there to keep the brick from sliding side to side...but it also just happens to be the same diameter as the inner diameter on that neck bracket.

If so, I think it'll work. Just had to talk it out :-)

Nova is right about the peg diameter...looks like you have a recipe for success, sir!
