Here is my latest custom, Automan.

Mini-bio: Constructed for benevolent purposes, Automan was given everything his creator believed would make him as close to "human" as had ever been achieved. The advanced AI technology used in Automan gives him a trait that most humans could use more of: compassion for mankind. Envisioned as the prototype of a future force that would be used in emergency situations, Automan was programmed to walk into burning buildings to rescue those trapped inside, to perform first aid and CPR without growing tired, and to deal with a number of other life preserving skills that would take a normal man years to learn. The creator, who referred to himself as Automan's 'father', was in the process of making him appear as human as possible, and was formulating an artificial skin that would help to achieve the goal. However, this was not to be...

Before Automan was completed and his designs made ready for production, Cobra made an attempt to steal the only existing unit, along with the blueprints. During this attempt, Automan's creator was killed while trying to stop his theft. The Joes also arrived on the scene, and while they and the Cobra forces battled amongst themselves, Automan slipped out, taking the body of his designer with him.

Automan remains at large, but when danger is near, he goes to work to save lives, and then disappears again. Meanwhile, Cobra continues to search for Automan for their own purposes, while the Joes have committed to getting him back to those who would finish the work that he was created for.

Amazing job on that cape. And I like the backstory too.

Looks very cool, but I gotta admit, I was kinda expecting something more like...

Awesome and inspiring. I've had the same head in my bin for ages and hadn't thought about using that torso. Thanks for sharing.

Great custom, but the backstory was AMAZING! Reminded me of Data and Dr. Tsung from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

I pointed this out on some of your other recent customs- the drybrushing is spectacular.

Do you have a trick to it? Some of the items, like the edges on the cape, almost look like a color-inverted image.
