  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

Oh my god...that SR-71 pilot is stunning. I just got a book photographs of spacesuits and flight suits, and that particular style is my favorite of the bunch; seeing it in 3 3/4" form is a nice surprise. I've been sitting on a couple of 3-pack Sgt. Airborne figures (the same design, but articulated), and now I know what I'm doing with at least one of them. Excellent work!

One question: where is that helmet from? I don't recognize it, and it looks too properly-scaled to be from those science-center astronaut figures.

This is not so much a custom, but more of a repaint. I found this awesomely sculpted Grizzly bear in a second hand store and thought it would make a great stand in for Ursa Major. I have no idea where this bear is from. It is not the same bear that comes with the Chap Mei Grizzly rescue set. It has slightly less articulation than the Chap Mei bear but the sculpt is much nicer.

I upgraded, the cartoony looking Azbat, using Warmachine for a more realistic look and upgraded articulation.

Azbat is the former Villian Azrael, whom took up the mantle of Batman after Bane broke Bruce Wane's back. Azrael war an high tech armored batsuit.

I'm working on an Ancient Greek project. This is Character I came up with. He is a kind of Alagam of several Greek Heroes. Let me know what you think.

Az-Bat looks really cool. The line work really brings out the detail in the original mold and the War Machine legs are a fantastic choice here.

That Minotaur is sweet. I need to eventually track down more Hercules fodder for stuff like this.
