Its the head and paldon of the Red Faction baddies on DG SE with belt from one of he MK cyborgs, with a MB Halo knife and the missile from the chingun of the Droid Gunship. All the blue and black make me want him to be a Batman Beyond villain, for some reason; with the assumption the green would get painted blue as well.

You guys got better ideas for me?

Looks vaguely like a Babylon Five villain to me.

That head would make a great Pinhead from the Hellraiser series.

Here's a suggestion.

Zazaroth the exiled.
When he failed to take over his home planet, Zararoth and his minions where cast out in space in a prison barge.
His treachery and the viciousness of his troops allowed them to take over the ship and gain even more allies in the other cutthroats that were also imprisoned on board.

With the specter of conquest still present in his mind, he's searching for a new and weaker world to conquer and exploit until he has the resources to go back and conquer his own.

Maybe he could be Destro unmasked. I doubt he is very pretty under there after wearing metal on his head his for years..

He does remind me a bit of Stalker from Batman Beyond, but it'd be a lot of painting to go from here to there.

He reminds me of a three way cross between William Sadler in the Bill and Ted movie, Ron Pearlman's Viceroy character from Star Trek Nemesis, and F. Murray Abraham's alien from that other Star Trek movie...

The first thing that popped into my head was someone from one possible future, where either there is is an issue with the sun (blocked by something in the atmosphere or some such idea) or where humans have been forced to live underground.

I guess his future-y tech and pale skin gave me those impressions.

Almost like one of those cave dwellers from the movie The Descent, with some some added tech.

.... the head of the tech priesthood in subservience to a non physical entity perceived as demonic to most of the universe. He is given a portion of power channeled through that tech that gives him enhanced abilities and makes him the avatar of this entity.
