I guess I'm glad you were late... lol. Cause this "coulda been a contenda"

And painted in a way I very much dig. Nice job all the way around.

Well, you're the only reason I knew about, and wanted to compete in this competition, haha. So thanks, that means a lot pal.

Was a lot of fun making him. I'm way too unproductive and loved the spontaneity of this project, and using parts I wouldn't be sad to see go. Such as the billion cobra commander torso's I have.

Head: Renegade Duke w/Wild bill hat and sculpt.
Upper Torso: 20th Cobra Commander v1. Flint Web gear strap for the bandolier.
Lower Torso: same, but it's all cut down with an Indiana Jones belt I. Place and sculpted shirt.
Arms: ROC Desert Duke
Right upper leg, and lowers: 20th Crimson Guard. Sculpted and bulked up thigh to be more proportionate.
Left Upper: 20th cobra trooper with stupid hooks shaved off and replaced with a generic sculpted pouch.
Duster: From those various WW2 figures you can buy in 1/18th scale.
Shotgun: cut and sanded WW2 rifle. Added two toothpicks for the barrels, filled the wood grain in with Liquid Green stuff.
Pistol: wild bill

again, awesome. the more so as an advanced Spare Parts Brigade custom.

one question - is the smoke effect photo-shopped, or actually something there to be photographed (i.e. actual smoke, wisp of cotton, etc...) because that detail was brilliant.

Haha, it really was a spare parts figure, for sure. Only the arms have any value to me.

But sorry..the smoke was just photoshop. First pic is untouched. 2nd pic there is a lil adjusting...mostly just the smoke.
