Found the new MU Captain America today. Two of them in fact (the other had a nice big black smudge on his chin or I'd have snagged it). Oddly enough though it's in tri-lingual packaging.

I haven't seen any of that wave in anything but trilingual.

Even the repacks are in trilingual packs actually.

It's too bad the Cap 2 line will continue the Avengers articulation.

Yeah the trilingual packaging is the new money saving idea.

Really? I hadn't heard that before now. I don't feel so bad for ripping it open in the car on the drive home tonight then.

Found Cap, Elektra, and Rhino at Target after work. Just need Mysterio to finish the wave. If I can't get a 3pack of Mindless Ones utilizing the Rhino buck with a new head and feet, sold for $30 via some online retailer; there is something criminally stupid about the universe.

Mysterio was one that I had wanted made for a long time. I hope I will be able to see him sometime around here. As it stands, it looks bleak. Last time I was in TRU, there was an entire row of Spiderman and row of Nighthawk. And what is with TRU keeping Hobbit figures at Barnes and Nobles prices?

I ended up getting Mysterio & Rhino online - but I lucked out and got each for around $15 shipped -- about what I'd pay with tax & gas money (likely much more) to find them locally. Besides - with Mysterio sporting a Chameleon head, it's like getting two figs in one (since you can cram just about any head under the fishbowl.)

I can wait on Elektra & Cap - since I've already got an Elektra custom and I prefer Steve in his "Commander Rogers" garb, anyway.

I managed to find Mysterio the day after my Elektra, Rhino, & cap came from an online purchase. Keep checking Target they should be getting this wave in everywhere.

that's to bad about Elektra having the red paint smear on her neck and they should've left he arm and leg wraps off if they weren't gonna make them better looking, otherwise a good figure

well it's not a red paint smear
it's just paint rubbed off from being near the joint
the top & bottom torso are red plastic
I think I can touch it up with some flesh paint

The new Elektra looks tons better than the fugly SHS version, Rhino looks awesome.

I grabbed an extra Elektra specifically to redo my Wonder Woman custom.

The body, face and flesh tone are too perfect. It will almost be an LBC compared to what I had to do to the last one.
