Once again, I tip my hat to you. These are amazingly well rendered, smooth to the point of flawlessness and really impressive. I hope that an idea similar to your vipers makes it to retail. ;-)

So far, the project focused on figures from 1992 to 94, but GI Joe was supposed to come back in 1995. It did not. It went on hiatus until 1997. However, there are some clues as to what the 1995 Battle Corps Rangers line may have looked like. Day 29 looks at a couple of possible figures.

You must track down an original BC Bazooka launcher for your custom. It's lost in the single color molding, but his launcher actually has a tackle box and disassembled fishing rod strapped to it. That, detail painted, would be awesome. Been loving the project, and its cool to see you tackling some of the concept characters as well.

I'm digging that Ace. The final result seems simple, because of how crisp it is, but that is the result of the quality of the effort. Would love to see multiple pilots done in the same design. Picturing a dio of them playing cards killing time in a small room of the Flagg, waiting for a mission...

HypnoHustler, thanks for the info about Bazooka's launcher. I did not know abou the molded-on fishing equipment details. That is really cool. I'll try to track one down.

Thanks guys. I'll probably get around to the 6 WIPs sooner or later. I'll start with the three mentioned here. I've also gotten a request for Battle Corps Rangers Flint. I'll post them up when they are done.

And thanks again for all the great comments, feedback and compliments over the last month. If you guys had half as fun seeing these as I had making them, then it was completely worth it
