Only store in an hour's drive that carries Joes only has remnants of wave one. The Marvel Universe section consists of Union Jack and three Multiple Mans. (Multiple Men?)

This is why I'm going back to building models.

I've been to two TRU in the last two days. One had about 20 wv1 Snake Eyes and the other had 20 wv1 Storm Shadows.

Why do they do that? Does that benefit ANYONE?

So it'll be a good long time before either of these stores has any room for anything else.

Man, If I hadn't just spent all my money on Star Trek models, I'd ask you to pick me up four or five of those Snake Eyes. He's good goon squad material, with a different head.

Well, heck with it. I ordered Kwinn, Data-Viper, and Ultimate Cobra Commander from BBTS this morning. Their prices weren't too outlandish, especially on Kwinn and CC, and the cheapest shipping wasn't too awful. Just got tired of the frustration.

If the Target and Walmart resets are any indication of the shape of things to come, I think I'd better get used to ordering toys online.

Ugh. My TRU just restocked 13 w1 Dukes last week.
I want to buy Joes at retail. I will buy Joes at retail. I just don't understand why I can't!
A good strategy for the 50th anniversary--re-release all the crazy-popular rare figures from the last few years. They are all great figures! Even repaints would be cool.

Restocking stores with cases of the same wave 1 peg warmers is just crazy.
Do they actually believe that filling the pegs with 20 of the same character is a good move?

Was the first assortment that over produced or is this a consequence of stores returning the toys when the movie release was pushed?

TRU restocking wave 1 is silly, they need to clearance that leftover crap and move on.

They need to do more than just clearance it, that stuff's been on the pegs for over a year now.

They need to give it away. Or return it to Hasbro.
Because by now, I'm pretty sure everyone that's wanted those figures has them.

Hit my local TRU yesterday and they had restocked a bunch of wv 1 Rockblocks, Snake Eyes and Stormshadow. I grabbed the one Joe trooper that was lying on the shelf below because he seemed lonely and makes good custom fodder.

I don't think 3.5 or 4 will ever get stocked in my area.

Glad I preordered the former. Hope I can trade for some Night Vipers from the latter.m

The wave 3.5 case I ordered from Entertainment Earth arrived Tuesday, and the one I ordered from BBTS should be here Monday. Nice stuff, I'm glad I saved myself the frustration of driving aroung looking for these.
