BBTS labels the wave 4 Lady Jay as NYCC Lady Jay. Is there any difference between this one and the one we got in wave 3?

This review says it was rumored to an exclusive for NYCC, but ended up production, so I think it is probably the same one, they are just calling it that for some reason.

Nope. Originally it was believed that Retaliation Lady Jaye would be a NYCC exclusive but it turned out to not be the case. This is the same figure that was released previously.

Judging by the intricate paint apps, large amount of weapons and inclusion of painted accessories, I wanna say it was planned for NYCC then put in regular retail release unchanged when NYCC exclusives got scrapped.

I mean she is just unlike anything else in the Retaliation line.

So, were NOT getting Lady Jaye in a red ball gown then? One of those times where I really wish Joe figures were released like SW figures; in every pose and costume.
