I'm really surprised you like that Rhino. It bugs the hell out of me that his hips are restricted.

I changed out the hips using a pair from an SHS figure. I think it worked out pretty good.
I still have to paint and glue the torso back together but here is an example of how it looks so far.

Oh yeah I changed the horns too.

I like how you didn't lengthen the thigh, joey. Any reason why you didn't keep the sub-hip swivel?

I think I'm gonna shave off a mm from the back edge of his head to see if he won't be able to look up a bit more.

I just didn't like the fact that I had to spin the hip each time I wanted to pose it. I was going to try to mod the head for movement then chickened out.

Let me know how it works for you.

Yep, this is what I was afraid of.

The figure looks great, and is really a nice sculpt, but it is quite smallish.
My AA Hulk is actually quite a bit taller than Abomination. In the picture he has his legs bent and spread apart, and he is hunched forward (doing an ab crunch), and is still a little taller. Not to mention he is quite a bit more bulky than Abomination.

The good part is that pieces of him lent themselves VERY well to the custom version I am working on.

I was just looking back through the thread and I didn't see anything about where the Avengers Assemble were showing up other than at TRU?

Are they at Target and Wal-Mart or just TRU?

I've seen the 5POA Avengers figures at Target but not the MU articulated ones. I did see the MU articulated Avengers figures at my local comic shop but passed on them due to price and lack of interest.

I ordered Falcon and Widow from Amazon because I expect none of the local brick/mortar franchises would stock the articulated line. And so far that is exactly what's happened.

Most places are choked with the non articulated ones. The better ones will probably not be seen widely as a result. Your best bet is online.

much like upcoming the MU 3packs, XMen and Asgard. I'll order them if they are ever offered for preorder because they will NEVER show up in stores near me.

They are not stocking them because they are susing the same DPCI as Avengers movie figures. Walmart is also doing the same thing. So as long as they still have movie figures in stock... :whistling:

A question for those of you who have the new MUs stateside: the ones we have here in the Philippines are in trilingual packaging. Is it the same there?

The latest wave that I snagged (Elektra, Mysterio, Rhino, etc) were tri-lingual.
