Woooow... These are all real great. That Jubilee is perfect. What head did you use on Strong Guy? It's outstanding.

I agree - it's always great when you post a new batch of customs!

I'm really impressed with your Dark Star & Emma ... probably going to have to steal those ...

His head is a custom sculpt/cast from Onyxphoenix

I dig it.

Especially like the way you painted the face for Psylocke. Really enhanced the look of that base piece.

That Psylocke is fantastic. You can tell you have a real affinity for that character. Well done!

That's a great comeback.

The head on Forge is a little high and small - maybe swap it out with something larger or with a deeper neck ball? That or maybe cut the neck and lower it a little? Alternately, you could look at shoulder armor, or a bandana or something to fill the space.

The strong guy and the magneto really stand out for me. I like them both.

I'd offer two thoughts/critiques, with the understanding I'm digging them all. First is probably just a personal preference, since I know Hasbro does it how you are - but I have a personal distaste for painted clothes, when the clothes end and just run straight into flesh, with nothing to break up the textures or contours. I usually sculpt a really thin border to the clothing area (or sometimes even glue down some thread to serve as a border). It helps break up the different sections visually.

Second, since so many of these gals show some skin, I'd recommend thinning down your flesh tones when painting. Multiple thin coats versus fewer thicker coats. Some of it is just the hyper detail of a zoom or macro setting, I know. But I think paying just a bit more attention to that would elevate some of these to a whole 'nother level. I really only notice it on the fleshtones, for what this worth.

Anyway, I dig what you're doing, and glad to see you back at it.
