One thing, OB: did you try to find or use a lens for your searchlight? that's about the only thing missing from the box art, and would totally sell it as a working light + mask the source piece more --

A simple piece of card bubble cut to fit would work well.

That's a good idea. I'll give it a try.

Tomorrow, we start a new group - Action Sailor.

One of my favorite sets of the original series.

That jeep and trailer came out looking factory. I didn't even notice the Cobra combat ninja accessory part until I read it.

I want all of your sea men...wait..that's not...I meant, you know, your naval themed customs.

I built the 3 dios for this project on the cheap. Hopefully, it doesn't show too much. The water is dollar store (bright) blue cardboard with a coat of navy blue acrylic paint, followed by a coat of clear silicone that was spread out with a plastic spoon to give it texture. Up close, it's a little rough, but for pics, it works well I think.

You were one letter away...

I gotta admit I am very impressed with these customs.

I know you are posting at least one a day, but my question is how long have you been working on these customs already?

A started planning this in mid-August, so about 4 and a half months. I think it's the longest I've ever worked continuously on one project. All told, the 50th will have about 48 figures, 12 vehicles and three dios/environments :-)

That's a lot of customs, and you kept the quality up. Tremendous.
