Again with this beautiful '50s/'60s era camo! I only wish the ARAH Action Marine looked so good. And that Tank Commander is unbelievable!

Okay, I've decided that these figures are horrible, and therefore should be gotten rid of... I will send you my address and you can get them out of your house, so you won't have to see these abominations any longer... :)

Okay, so I love them... sue me for trying...

I hate the raised rank bars on the shoulders. I let it pass for General Hawk because it is a homage and the shoulder holster kind of hides how ridiculous it is. For your tank commander, they make even less sense and aren't needed at all. I think if you clipped them off he'd look a heck of a lot better.

Loving this project. These are great. Snow Troop is still the best.

Maybe the collar thing was glued down?

Floating as it is, it does look weird.

Yeah, I wanted the furry collar, but I wasn't sure about the rank bars. I left them on to add a bit of detail on the shoulders. When the project is all done, I plan to go back and fix / tweak some stuff. I think I'll add the collar to the list.

You nailed that pilot accessory set! And this is the first time I've ever seen that P-40 in a diorama photo; it looks perfect.

Not a dud in the line (take note Hasbro).
Great idea of using Savage's plane in the action shot.
If you have another one, you could paint it blue in homage to the old Panther Jet.

knocking them out of the park over and over again. at the risk of peeking behind the curtain, did you really have THIS MANY copies of the head made, or are you re-using them between different sets?

I ask only because if each head is unique, I do expect a monumental group photo at the end ;)

I am wondering just how many figures he has been stockpiling for this project.

Yup, Raginspoon made me 30, so I wouldn't have to re-use them between sets. I have group shots ready to go. When the month is over, I'm planning a day of recaps, group pics and behind-the-scenes stuff.

I had never seen that jet before you mentioned it. Now that I have googled it, I love your idea. Anyone have a P-40 to trade :-D ?

Day 12 is up with the Astronaut. Also, day 13 is now up with the Crash Crew.

Action Pilot, Astronaut and, and the Crash Crew are all awesome.

I wish the suit was a little bulkier for the Astronaut but still so very cool.

The only thing, that could possibly make that crash crew any better is if you gave them the yellow tinted visors. The truck looks good too.
