Someone on Hisstank said it was new.

The description says new head and helmet. Figure is incredibly sharp.

The Club Site says it's a new head, but I do wish the picture had shown it. However, I'm impressed with this figure. Ozone is certainly a fairly distinctive figure, and I suspected he might be a little trickier than some to bring into the modern era with mostlt existing parts, but I think the Club has done an excellent job here!

Not bad. Though not totally accurate, the parts work pretty well.

Yeah, I can't really place the parts on this one.

GeneralsJoes has the parts list breakdown.

He looks to be using RoC Flash/Resolute Zartan arms, which is great, and PoC Snake Eyes legs, which is… not so great. Sure the lower legs show off a bit of an armored look, and perhaps I just don’t like them because they were attached to one of my least favorite figures in the PoC era. Tucked underneath there appears to be the torso from Retaliation “Ninja Duel” Snake Eyes as well. Whatever the case, the entire figure ends up looking really nice and really captures the original’s spirit well. That Retaliation Cobra Trooper webgear sets it off nicely, too.

For who it's supposed to be, that's pretty sweet. That helmet sure looks like it's riding way, way high, tho.

Agreed, the helmet hopefully is just not fully in place for the picture. The hand-held accessories seem a bit lackluster, and I'm surprised that they colored the Airtight vacuum blue instead of green like the 1991 accessory. But overall, this is definitely another winner, and this set keeps looking better and better!

Well, at least I guessed the Cobra Trooper webgear right. I thought that looked like it. :)

That helmet in gray and red would look killer on Matt Tracker.

Ozone is awesome as well. The last few reveals have been great.

I hope next year, for FSS 3, they use this figure but paint him in the maroon/yellow of the Star Brigade version because that figure rocks.

If they do Star Brigade and I have to suffer that [LASER BLAST]'-sweet Sci-Fi fig in sumbitchin' yellow and pink again; the entire damn town of Pawtucket is going up in flames.
