Got the Playmobil biker Easter egg.
Some Lego Movie mystery figures and I bought the new Lego Batmobile, the one that comes with the Riddler and Flash.

I got two of the 5 POA kind of crappy Iron Man 3 figures for $1.44 each at Target. The wife really liked the Hydro Shock armor's colors, so she's wanted me to pick it up for a while. At that price, I felt okay with spending the money.

I picked up 2 Supreme Predakings at Target today (one to customize, one for my workplace's Xmas SharingTree next year). They had them marked down to $12. I had to snake in and grab them. Some tool was body-blocking the whole section until his vaguely female shaped cohort brought a cart around, which he then filled with them (like, so high they had to hold the stack while they moved, and on the under section), bragging about how, if anyone wanted one, they could find them on ebay. I grabbed mine while they were loading.

Honestly, I don't even think this guy had any knowledge about what he was piling in his cart (he had kind of a Dudebro look to him). I think he just knew "transformers=collectable, collectable=$$$."

On Saturday at Monster Mania I got a "Doctor Who" 4th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver. Today at my LCS, I got the wave 3 "Pacific Rim" Kaiju (Tresspasser and Battle Damaged Knifehead).

Ultimate Cobra Commander at Tuesday Morning.

I was a little bummed to see that Hasbro had done away with the filecards, now settling for just a description of the character. I was also bummed to see that the code name is not printed on the figure stand.

But the figure is really good-looking and full of articulation. A little stiff at first, but it eases up as you move it around.

Stopped into Wal-Mart earlier and found the complete series of the Bravestarr cartoon on DVD for $13.

Stopped in to TRU yesterday and scored the Giant Size Godzilla from the upcoming film.
It's really fun to go in to a store and actually find exactly what you were looking for!

I had an awesome find at the flea market yesterday... found a bunch of well handled vinyl for my turntable... Best of albums of Glen Miller, Artie Shaw, and Duke Ellington. Also, a Fred Astaire dance music album, and Sinatra and Ella albums.

Picked up a Star Trek Kreo Klingon bird of prey for 18 bucks (with possible plans to customize a cobra jet out of it) Also found ultimate RB and ultimate flint at Tuesday morning.

Went back to TRU yesterday, and found that they had put out all of the Bandai offerings for the 2014 Godzilla movie.
The 6" figures look like crap, mostly due to their horrible action features. I was a little interested in the deluxe 'Atomic Roar' Godzilla though.
I hadn't seen anything online that gave a size for the figure, so I was a bit surprised when I found the figure.
It's between 10" and 11" tall. Thankfully the action feature doesn't mess with the sculpt much, which easily makes it the best looking figure Bandai has released for the new movie, so far.

I also yesterday got the last part I needed for the ML cap line to complete the shield robot whatever they call it..

I finally got the chance to stop into one of the local Thrifty Shopper stores. Had no idea what type of products they were carrying, although I heard it was like a Salvation Army style store.

Found a couple of interesting items:

7.5 inch Wall-E toy [It was missing the head and I was originally drawn to the treads. I realized it has a really nice shape to it and I can easily see it as a sci-fi kinda piece in a hanger scene]

Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine Ghost Patrol van https://www.google.com/search?q=the+mys ... 95&bih=611 [This was the first thing I saw and when I realized it opened up and had a control system with satellite dish, I had to grab it]

Third item was another Wall-E product, a vtech laptop. [I was drawn to the treads and thought they could be used for a custom vehicle once I took it apart. I didn't realize the front opened up and it had a keyboard. I must have hit the power button, 'cause the thing came alive in my hand and started winking at me]

The last item I found was a Tonka Mighty Motorized Lowboy 3265 [although missing the trailer, it is about the same size as that TMNT armored truck vehicle I was considering customizing. I can see this vehicle modded with opening doors, a rear mounted weapons system, and done up in proper Dreadnok colors.
