I save this thread for when I have a bad day. I had a bad day. Thank you for posting these. The Thriller zombies were awesome - it makes me want you to do a Resident Evil vs Thriller Zombies dance battle dio.

There just aren't enough dance battle dios.

Fantastic man. Absolutely love it. The physical work you do is already so life-like. but to see so directly how well you control the rest of the environment is impressive. Any lighting tips you can give would be appreciated. But I mean daylight to nighttime with street lighting, to nighttime with no artificial lighting. impressive as hell.

Thankyou. I don't do too much special with the lighting. The trick is in the lights I use.

First, My large building dios all have a small hole cut into the roof that fits small LED flashlights I have. I "plug" them into the roofs and turn on. The dio with the staircase gets its interior lit as you see. Other buildings I did (not pictured), the flashlight lights the windows. (I put a piece of wax paper behind the "glass" to dim the light some and even it out.

The main lights for "sun" I use is one of those 5 way directional lamps with the bendable arms. 3 light cycles, 2 on, 3 on, or 5 on. I put different bulbs and wattages into each arm. 3 are white light, 2 are soft light. Watts vary from 40 to 100. This gives me every type of outdoor light, full sun, overcast, sunrise yellow, you name it. I also will hold a frosted piece of glass over a bulb sometimes to alter its light.

The final thing I do is take a ton of pictures with each having a subtle change in light. Some changes as simple as just moving an arm an inch to prevent a glare. If i take enough pics. Some are bound to come out good.

Looks great. Can you talk a little about your mods and what you used?
