I saw that once a few weeks ago and thought it was cool, but didn't get it because I didn't know what I would do with it, and haven't seen it since. Man I wish I got it, it is so badass.

Went to Ross after lunch looking for the Retaliation 3-packs. None around but I did snag a Best Lock Aircraft Carrier for $17 to customize for Kre-o Joes and the Megabloks Halo Cryo Tube set for $6. Not what I was looking for but it'll keep me busy this weekend.

A huge instruction manual as I finally decided to take driving lessons.
Something I should have done 20 years ago, but hey, I was too busy walking.

Based on how most people drive, here is all you need to know.

Gas pedal makes it go. Brake makes it stop. The wheel turns it left and right. Green means go. Red means stop. Yellow means floor it and stare at the yellow light until it changes to red instead of looking at the dangerous intersection you're accelerating towards. Texting seems to be necessary for driving all of a sudden, though I can't figure out why, so make sure you do that. If you see a cop car, slam on the brakes. And be sure to tailgate people who have the nerve to only exceed the speed limit by 10mph, then as you pass them, make sure you stare at them intently as if they just spit in your face until you completely clear their vehicle, then quickly switch back into their lane dangerously close to their front bumper.

Or you can read the manual and be a courteous and respectful human being. It's easy. You're gonna love it, except for dealing with other drivers.

I went possibly a little overboard this past weekend, but I had really good luck. I got my Marvel Legends US Agent in the mail from HTS from their sale to start off the weekend. Then Saturday, we headed to Altoona PA to meet my brother for dinner. We had wanted to go to PSU's spring scrimmage, but the wife had to work, so we settled for dinner. We shopped a little before they got there and I found treasure at Five Below: Firefly, Duke, Flint, Kwinn and Data Viper. At Target, I found 4" Cap Falcon for a dollar off, and he looks a lot better in person than in pics. At KMart, I found a Halo 4 Grunt and Watcher for $5 each.

But then Sunday came and we went to the Steel City Con toy show. I found the Marvel Legends SDCC Ghost that I've wanted since it came out but couldn't afford the whole set. Got Eel v2, Big Bear v2 and the Mega Marines pair of Blast Off and Gung Ho (anybody got his helmet?). I also got--all of them complete--Hard Master, obsidian comic pack Destro, Target exclusive RoC Duke, Resolute Gung Ho and Target RoC Wet Suit with vehicle for $20 total. I thought that was a really good deal. My wonderful wife also bought me the tan Joe Trooper from Retaliation that I could never find.

This stuff is gonna keep me busy for a long time.

Just got back from running 45 miles away to the closest TRU and 5 Below.

Managed to snag a Retaliation Jinx and a Night-Viper.

No Eaglehawks though. :( I was thinking of getting a couple to customize. Maybe one in black with gray/red highlights for a Night Force version.

Also got a Spider-Man figure I've been looking for (the one with the bandages on the lower arms). Grabbed a Walking Dead Phil somebody for the head.

Just as I was about ready to leave, I saw they had 10 of the Dr Dreadful tanks on sale. Got them all, bringing my total to 12 now.

Then stopped at 5 Below and grabbed 2x Ultimate Firefly, a Kwinn, an Ultimate Flint, and 3x Ultimate Roadblocks.

This was after finding a Retaliation Ghost Hawk VTOL and HISS Tank w/Cobra Commander at TJ Maxx...

EDIT:

Forgot about the $12 SHIELD Helicarrier....

Picked up full set of Wave 3 Kre-O's plus 2 extra Jetpack troopers, Snow Serpents and Night Creepers. Got the Lego Creator Parisian Restaurant and the Hulk Lab Smash set during Lego Stores 2x VIP points week. Stumbled upon some of the new Lego Simpsons minifigs, grabbed a handfull. Ended up with 2x Bart, 2x Milhouse, a Marge, Flanders and Scratchy and got a Retaliation Black Cobra Commander and a Yomega YoYo for $2 each at Walmart on clearance.

$5 each!

I was amazed to see vendors trying to sell some of the Five Below/Ross waves for $18 or above.

Spent the day on a cross-border shopping trip yesterday. Came back with 1 Ret HISS from TJ Maxx (15$), 3 18$ Eagletoms from TRU and 10 vintage Marvel Joe comics that were 2$ each. It was a good day :-)

My wife and I bought 20 Lego Simpsons mystery figures.
I'm glad she's enjoying them as much as I do, but I have to be sure that she doesn't steal Homer for herself :)
