What I got today...

Same thing at the toy show in Monroeville, PA. All the near by Five Belows were cleaned out of every figure and they were asking $15-25 each. I couldn't help but giggle to myself, knowing I didn't have to waste money on that since I'm from an hour away from there and got lucky a week prior, but felt bad for collectors who haven't been so lucky and paid that.

Today, I got a 6" Stormtrooper for $14 at TRU. I've been really good so far, and only planned to buy my top five figures if they were to get made (Maul, Fett, black suit Luke, Grevious and Kit Fisto)...I was doing so well until that sale happened and I couldn't help myself.

Also found two Dark Elves at Ollie's for $6 each. And two each of the Cobra Combat Ninja and CG at Five Below--first I've run into them at Five Below. Oh, and an Ultimate Roadblock, because I'm apparently a child and lost some of his accessories sometime in the past month. This store had just put out three full cases of that wave.

Got home today and found a package had been dropped off for me.

Inside was a Tornado Kick Snake-Eyes, and a loose MASS Device figure set.

Paid $18.70.

I went a little overboard today.

I stopped by Tuesday Morning and found a Kwinn, Storm Shadow, Snake Eyes and CG. I also found a McQuarrie R2 and 3PO figure set. The Joes were 4.99 and the droids were 5.99.
Then I stopped by TRU. They still had 3 of the Eaglehawks, I caved and grabbed 2 for 18 each. I also snagged 7 of the Dr Dreadful canister sets for .60 each, some Star Wars Angry Birds sets for my son at 60% off, Twisted Metal and an Assassin's Creed game for the PS3, for my other son, for 8 and 3 respectively.

It's been a LONG time since I've come home with this much stuff. Problem is, I'm not real sure exactly what I'm going to do with half of it.

Received my Club membership figure, Cross Country today. He came in a nice little brown box and had all his accessories so I'm happy.

Stopped in at the local tobacco/magazine shop that has been a community staple since the 30s. Found out it is going out of business due to the landlord needed to make building repairs.

Found 2x Bionic Six Super Picture Books for a buck a piece.

Stopped into the local comic book store for free comic book day and grabbed a few things. The artwork for the Transformers/GIJOE is horrid. I would not have paid money for it.

Also grabbed my subscription books.

Just found out a family friend found 5x GIJOE figures at a local sale. Not sure what they are, but at fifty cents a piece...
