  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

I have a little more flesh tone to do on his body. The head might look a little glossy when I took the pics, that was because I had just sprayed it with the clear coat and it hadn't dried yet. (I went out and bought a matte sealer.)

Im working on a few projects one I started 10 years ago with a program that came with a laptop that I had bought

at the time with all the custom cardbacks that was out and about I wanted to try my hand at one. Like I said I have a pretty old program that does very little but I managed to get this prototype out.

My next custom is here, it is the Cobra Commander Ret. head. This was a cast from Tofojess's site, I added some more red, a silver face plate and white on the fangs. I coated it with a gloss coat thinking that because its a high tech helmet it might have some shine to it. I'm going to give it 24 hrs to dry and see what it looks like after I may spray some matte on it to dull it out some but I don't know yet.

Yeah, the shine on that helmet totally works, and the details are subtle, but definitely worth it.
