A few years ago I had a dio-series running called Cobra Reborn... but it sort of petered out when I realized I didn't have the set customizing skills needed to do it the way I wanted. But now, Amazon Kindle Worlds and Hasbro are letting people self-publish GI Joe stories... so I've but the first part of Cobra Reborn up there.
