So I was wondering what to do for my at helicopter when the tomahawks went on clearance. This is my first vehicle spray job in a long time, and I didn't primer it( lesson learned). Anyway, it came out pretty good, at least from a distance lol. I posted a wip of the turret before I changed it to a spotlight(duh). I'm still not sure if I should add the front winglets, and if I do, what should they be for?

Out of curiosity, what was the problem with no primer? Was it that the yellow did not cover without a white base or did you have an adherence issue?

Both. Some spots the paint seemed to have problems sticking( that might have just been cured by washing it), and in some spots it just didn't cover well(which actually may have worked out - you can really see the panel lines, which I like). By the way, I usually use gray primer.

P.s, no critique?

No critiques. I love the idea. I have been planning on doing the same thing, but it's way down the list, like next year down the list.

I say keep the front winglets and cut off the armaments completely.

Keep the winglets and add a drop tank to them.

Yeah add the winglets and for droptanks look at Conquest tanks. Or maybe fashion some kind of equipment pod that can be swapped out.

Keep the wingless but instead of missiles, make different scanners/cameras/etc. That can be switched out depending on the mission. You can even do things like water blasters with hoses going to external tanks where the larger missiles go for firefighting adventures.

Here she is stickered (mostly- waiting for AT symbols from cobrastickers), and with winglets. I decided I'm going to use them and make a net launcher on one, and smoke grenade launcher for the other.

Sorry, the resized thing doesn't seem to work in my phone. It is up now. I actually also bought a set of whale stickers to add some more stickers to it.

Looks great. The AT stickers will really make it pop.
