Question for you:

I'm going to start molding/casting my own joes by taking apart/unscrewing some of my own joes, but I have a question:

There are, as you know, 4 rivets in the elbows and shoulders.

I know I can just drill out the rivets to take apart the arms, but once I'm done casting a new joe and it's time to put the custom joe together, what size rivets should I purchase to put in the custom joe?

If I heard correctly, no ones really figured out a proper size of the rivet but apparently you know of a way to re-rivet the arms/shoulders.

Have any advice before I start?

As far as I'm aware, there is no off the shelf product to buy.

I don't know the sizes, I have a friend with a tool shop who's done the leg work in getting metal rivets... I just go in and push the button on the CnC machine...
