I kind of just wanted that vamp and flint, but yours would not be the first I have heard of with theta wacky skin problem. I'll probably just customize an ultimate version now.

Well my original tracking information was from UPS with a delivery date of today. When I tracked it just now it showed it was going to the post office for delivery. So... I won't be getting this today like I had hoped. Ah well, I'm not in any hurry to get it. Just a heads up for folks waiting on theirs to arrive.

He pretty much looks like he has jaundice all over on top of the major paint application error on that left forearm. Good fodder figure though, I like the parts combo. I'll probably use the regular version and not the SDCC one for fodder though, once I get it that is, its trapped in my pile of loot waiting for the Battle Below Zero set to arrive.

Well the post office delivered my set today after all. I got the "gangrene" Flint that others are reporting. What I find weird isn't that the fleshtone isn't applied thick enough, its that it appears that the lower arm is molded in green instead of black like the shirt sleeve. It might just be the way the faded flesh color is sitting on the molded color of the arm and it might actually be black underneath (haven't opened it yet, my coworkers would want to play too and they'd break something) but as it stands it looks like green plastic, painted black and flesh.

I lucked out. Great paint apps on the head, and a level of jaundice on the arms that I can live with.

Anyone know if the retail release fares any better?

Got my set the other day. I really like Flint. The paint on the head is perfect. The forearms, while not perfect, is not as green as some others. I'm annoyed that it's green at all, but I can live with it. The Eel is another story. I can't even get the hoses to reach the backpack. And the holes in his feet aren't deep enough to fit the pegs on the stand. Impressive.

My grey Flint inexplicably has greenish arms and a neck.

Opened up my set today. Flint's arm (its only his left that gangrene-ish) isn't too bad and I can fix the paint I think fairly easily. Wasn't missing any critical parts but I couldn't tell you if I'm missing any of the weapons locker stuff, there was just SO MUCH of it crammed in there.

I did have a small minor issue with the gun on the raft. Mine was bent at the post that goes into the raft from being under the VAMP upper body. Nothing I can't fix with some hot water though, no stress marks.

I'm pretty happy with the set.

The arm on mine split open when I heated it up. Was trying to swap the arms (those Mouse forearms have been swapped on every release) and boom. Was able to kinda fix it, and I planned to repaint the skin anyway, but it's still a bummer. Probably swap in the forearm from the non-exclusive version once I find it.
