The 25th figures of the Crimson Twins hold up pretty well in my eyes, but I've never liked the heads they came with. I'd long wanted to come up with better ones, but there aren't many options for mirrored heads. At Assembly Required last year, I thought I'd found my answer, AVACs Lab had some great heads based on the Matthew McConaughey figure from the Sahara toyline. I sat on them until a month or so ago not wanting to just plop them on the 25th bodies. I was messing around with a build when I realized Hasbro had been kind enough to give us the Cobra Shock Trooper parts in several different colors, red and blue being the ones that hit me. I parted these out, realized I didn't have a second Invasion Trooper, traded for one, and put these together. Got the heads all painted up and then realized they were just too big on these bodies. So, the quest for heads began again. The figures sat on my bench until today, when I finally found the figures I'd thought might work, the new 5 poa Avengers Assemble Loki figure.

Some mods and paint, and now I have these bad boys.

I just saw these on FB and was gonna post a shout out on here.

As I said, the head sculpt reminds me of the late actor Christopher 'Rat Patrol' George, which is just an awesome bonus.

So Eurotrash. So perfect for the businessmen from Corsica.

I've been trying to figure out a red and black design for the twins for a long time. These look really, really great. Wonderful update to their look, but recognizable.
