They followed that delay update with a deco update that will make waiting a little easier to handle.

man I didn't even back marauder because I find modern military boring looking, but I still have to wait for marauder. doh they outsmarted me again. I don't mind the wait, its worth it for quality.

Unfortunate but not entirely unexpected considering the timeline. I do appreciate them advising in advance of the goal date. I've done a few other (non-figure) Kickstarters and they've not only missed delivery by months but one of them didnt even offer a warning until about a month after the initial expected launch after saying they were on track. So, not a big deal. Whenever the Task Force figures come, they'll hold me off in the interim.

I really like the deco on the Tartarus Guard, but I kind of want to see the armor in a different color. Maybe like an ashy dark gray. I didnt have time to try and make a proper example but a darker ashier version of the edit below. Dont get me wrong it looks good with the bronze but I almost imagine these ones to be more dark/bloody/grimed up.

The Tartarus guards are good both armored and not. Lots of custom potential with those markings for those of us with a D&D bend.

I kind of knew that even with the extras, they were hard pressed to make a February deadline, though I will admit, from the images of the painted ones shown, they must be cranking the creative tank something fierce. Kudos, to them all for their tenacity.

I can't wait until one can simply order whatever will be available from them, and I hope that they can do either an online or brick and mortar place instead of having to go through Amok, BBTS,EE and other places.

IIRC, their plan has always been to basically ape the 4H Store Horsemen model, with batches of product likely going to BBTS, et al.

Thanks for the link, Pluv. I just finished listening to it, and it had a lot of good info. I had a question, or rather a comment, I would have loved to ask them or will ask them the next time we have them on the podcast. I've been noticing the Reaction figures heavily at the WM, TGT, and TRU in my area and the surrounding areas, and most of the time they are found where the trading cards are located near the front of the store. Since Reaction and the folks doing the Game of Thrones figures are geared more towards a collector-based customer, I think BFS could benefit the same way since they are building lines for the adult collector.
