As far as I know, Natalie Poole was part of Action Man, I think the cartoon.

Gaucho may have been in the Battle Action Force comic. I feel like he was, but it has been a while since I read through those comics.

Gaucho was in one of the Convention comic books, as was Natalie, but I think that's it. Blackstar and Effects, no, sadly.

You mean in GI Joe European Missions?

Gaucho MIGHT have appeared but by the looks of it most of those reprints were from the GI Joe: The Action Force (or just GI Joe) era and not the Battle Action Force era.
