I was all set to vote for the 3.75 but then I saw it's for New 52, which is a cavalcade of really, really, really, really "LASER BLAST" costume designs, which made me go "NOPE" and vote for Rainbow Batman instead.

The puckered look on Sinestro's face appears as if he just cut one and is thinking "Whoof... wait'll the other guys catch this!" Lol!

Constantine doesn't look too bad. Even with the weird cast on coat/chest area, the figure isn't full on terrible. Best guess is they'll reuse the mold for a Jim Gordon figure sometime later... maybe? "After a long shift with disheveled open shirt" version anyone...? Yee-eahh, maybe not... =/

Etrigan is full on badass. Can see some swords and sorcery/fantasy-based customs coming from this guy.

What's with Batman's stubby, clubbed feet? Jim Lee designed? :-|

Personally, as opinion, the ice effect on Captain Cold looks alright. Don't care if it's a step (or three or five) away from his "low-rent blue collar" supervillain appearance - sometimes change is good.

# 8.

Nope no puckered face just an optical illusion...

Yes a terrible Jim Lee design.

They already had a supervillain like that called Icicle.

Yeah, sometimes change is good; and sometimes change is Nu52.

And you should look up reviews of previous humans in the GL/InJustice line because they are in *no* way compatible with any other 18th line out there. The Kyle Rayner I got has a head the size of a frickin' MegaBlok dude! Aside from the nonhumans and big guys, this line isn't even good for fodder. It's just yet another complete waste of time, effort, and plastic like every other damned 18th DC line that's ever existed, imho.

well not everyone hates Jim Lee designs, he's had a lot of popular and successful characters and looks, sure not all is good but who's always making perfect stuff? I still haven't found a Dc figure I'd really buy though, buy marvel figures to make DC figures

John Byrne never designed anything stupid-looking.

Topic One: Quality Control

We received fan questions asking about quality issues with DC Collectibles product, so we wanted to take a moment to give you a look at where we are and what we are doing going forward.

Some fans have mentioned damaged product or brittle parts with our Batman Animated action figure line. We are currently evaluating the production process for these action figures and have instituted some additional reviews in order to improve and catch any quality issues. Be reassured that quality will be improving going forward.

For those of you more interested in specifics, here are some details. We have traditionally used a polycarbonate for smaller joints on our plastic action figures. This is sometimes referred to as the “clear plastic.” Based on our early reviews of samples sent from the factories the products held up under testing. Since then, however, in part as a result of fan feedback that we received, it has become clear that we can make the smaller joints in our action figures even stronger.

Starting with most products in 2015, we are upgrading to POM (aka polyoxymethylene) for those joints previously made in polycarbonate. This is a stronger plastic that allows it to be molded in a color instead of clear. We have heard from our fans loud and clear that this is the number one issue for our action figures.

We will continue to use PVC (aka polyvinyl chloride) for the larger size joints (such as elbows and knees), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) for harder plastics and on a case by case basis, we will be thickening the size of very small joints. This may affect some of the aesthetic look of the small Batman Animated characters but we feel the balance between look and quality will be appropriate.

In addition to the material change, we have changed our quality review process and extended our production timeline to ensure we can deliver the best products.

Wow! That was a lot of long sounding words! But hopefully this background information helps reinforce to you, our fans, that we are dedicated to improving our product so that you have the best experience possible. And we want to make sure we’re always improving. You can help us by sending your feedback to our e-mail address: DCCollectibles@DCEntertainment.com

Seriously? They only knew of this issue recently? People (myself included) have [LASER BLAST] about the clear joints for the entire time the company's existed. So, give them, what... another twenty years to fix the terrible engineering of the li'l figures?

So they ignored the results of the poll and just put out the rainbow batmen anyway?

The answer about this is obviously that they already have the Batman molds, and the 18th line would require all new molds, which would be a big expense for a line that was never very successful for them.
