yesterday i was on a quest for a buffalo statue, that quest failed.....i did make a few purchases. any info on these ? i think i saw these ninja turtles for like $30 a piece, is that right?

Not too likely. Those are from the most recent TMNT line, and can easily be had for under $10 at any number of stores right now. Sorry.

This is one of them actually tempted me, but I decided against it due to space in the house. It was on clearance for $20 at target, but still passed. Would love to hang it from my ceiling with the little guys as well.

Spectre conned me into buying this lolhuge Schleich castle that was on clearance at TRU for $30. It's too big for a single rubbermade bin and I currently don't have room to display it.

Yeah - they've been popping up all over the country, apparently. The TRU where I found this one had close to 10 - all clearanced. I think Spectre bought 14 of them for some project he's working on...

Wow, that is one huge castle piece.

Welcome back Chief!

While I like these facades, I am happy with my old AOME Helm's Deep sets. Works for a decent facade and is already painted and drybrushed nicely.

Only thing I got recently were some decent dollhouse table/bench/crate pieces from Jo-Ann Fabrics that I stained a nice walnut color for my tavern. They even had in scale wine/bread/cheese platters, bags of empty wine glasses, and in the kid's dio section, the had some terracotta vases and pitchers which I can use once detailed a bit.
