I just got the mail and there were two packages, one big and small.
The small contained some fodder figures: a Star and Stripes Grunt, Red Star, Cold Front, a silver suited Remco figure, Mutt parts, Zap v1 parts, and some other misc parts.
The highlight was a t-crotch Russian figure in a brown. No markings and no idea what it was from, but I got it to add to my ARAH Oktober Guard.

Can anyone ID this guy?
The bigger box included some fodder vehicles: a RoC Ice Dagger (missing parts), a broken Snow Cat, a BF2K Sky Sweeper (missing missiles and antenna), a GIJOE HQ computer console, a wrecked Thunder Machine, a Desert Fox (missing parts), a Rolling Thunder rear deck with turret and cannon, another APC (broken tabs, missing roof turret and front windscreen), a S6 Thunderwave jet boat, a Wet Down figure, a 1997 General Hawk, and either a v4 or v6 no helmet Crimson Guard.
I got the vehicle parts/shells because I've seen Dremel and Blood Brigade and some of the others do some really cool vehicle designs and figures I might try and do something similar.
Here's what I am thinking of doing:
Ice Dagger: It's basically missing everything that attaches on it. I might remove the entire raising gunner position and mod it to actually be a troop carrier. If I have some extra HAVOC rear door panels, that might cover the back section.
Snow Cat: I already have a Slugger without the top section, so I wanted to see if a Snow Cat upper body could be mated with it.
Sky Sweeper: Thinking of clearing the entire back section to make a flat deck for transporting crates, or adding some type of new weapons system on the deck, or rigging it up as a medical transport.
Rolling Thunder deck: After seeing the Jason Statham Death Race movie, it already added to the idea of a Dreadnok tractor trailer. I already have some other parts collected, included the entire frame for the cab. It's either use it for that or a section of a GIJOE train car.
Desert Fox: I've never actually even handled a Desert Fox before, so I'm not sure whether to just restore this one or customize it. Looking it over it reminded me of the GIJOE dream I had years ago.
APC: Since front windscreens are hard to come by, I'm gonna comb through my fodder to see some other parts might work to cover the driver area (maybe a Mean Dog cab). I also have considered cutting the tarp in half.
Thunder Machine: I picked up a TMNT Hot Rod last year, along with some hot rod cars on clearance from TJ Maxx (push buttons on roof). Thinking of mating the TMNT Hot Rod upper body to the Thunder Machine lower body.
