I loved the Sunbow episodes. If I had to pick a favorite, it would have to be the Worlds Without End story arc.

Yeah, it's really hard to choose. "Once Upon a Joe" is probably my favorite episode, too, followed by "The Germ" ("This'll be the one that does it..."). I loved it when I was a kid and it stuck with me more than any other episode, and rewatching it as an adult, I still love it. If I can cheat and separate single-episode ones from two+ parters, then I'd say my favorite multipart episode is "There's No Place Like Springfield", followed by "Worlds Without End". I loved the episodes that showed consequences to Cobra's actions like that.

Skeletons in the Closet. Blew my mind when I first saw it, just a few years ago.

I'll go with the Mass Device mini series.
It was the first and it's still magical today.

That is a VERY tough question, but I'm going to have to go with "Worlds Without End", just because I've always liked the "mirror-universe" sort of story.

"The Gamesmaster", where Joe and Cobra had to team up against that lunatic with all the deadly preschoolish toys would be a VERY, VERY close second -- or really, right on the same level. I love good-guys-and-bad-guys-team-up stories.

That's a really enjoyable one.

I think "Let's Play Soldier" is my favorite as an adult... it deals with pretty high level stuff- illegitimate kids left behind after wars, immigrating to America not being the solution to problems,....zombie chewing gum.

Good stuff.

Most memorable for me was "The Viper Is Coming"

Every episode where Spirit hands Storm Shadow his ass and pisses him off.

So many to choose from, but I'd say "World's Without End" is my favorite, but all the two parters seemed to be really well done; "Synthoid Conspiracy" and "No Place Like Springfield" were great.
Also love Revenge of Cobra, the mini-series were great because pretty much every character got used and the teams went to every corner of the Earth.
"Pit of Vipers," "The Wrong Stuff," "Excalibur," and "Hearts and Cannons" are great single episodes.
"Lights, Camera, Cobra," "Once Upon a Joe" and "Cold Slither" were great because those were a bit more light hearted and didn't take themselves to seriously.

So many great episodes, I don't think I could just pick one. Right off the top of my head and one that hasn't been mentioned yet (I don't think) is Cobra Claws are Coming to Town. Love the holiday theme. It is a bit campy with the incredible shrinking Cobras and a giant Polly. But the part I really liked was the Joes and Cobras swapping vehicles. As a kid, that episode completely legitimized letting your favorite Joe drive your favorite Cobra vehicle.

One I haven't seen mentioned, but loved was "The Most Dangerous Thing in the World."

I like "The Traitor" the best.

No Place Like Springfield, Worlds Without End, and The Traitor are some of the best cartoons to ever be made.

but going on a single episode, I have to go with The Viper Is Coming. Great story, fun and action packed, and some of the best animated scenes ever. The fight in Extensive Enterprise stands out to me.
