Picked up 7 DG Cobra Commanders, 3 Storm Shadows, 1 Shipwreck

At Target I picked up a Black Cat and a grey version of Beast...Does anyone know if this is a variant?

I found a black trooper at a dollar general, but nothing else that I needed. I was hoping to round up more shipwrecks for myself and Oreobuilder.

I saw a bishop marvel figure, and a metroid Nintendo figure, but didn't have a need or want for them.

I actually picked up my first figure from that DC 4" line. My TRU had a case of the latest wave out, $4.99 each. I got Arkham Knight because he looks awesome. Some weird articulation choices, but a fun toy. I passed on Hush because of his terrible head sculpt. I kind of regret not getting Black Mask, but again, I'm not really a fan of the head sculpt.

It's not really a "variant". They all have their own UPC number. Although he is 1 per case...

I got the animal planet deep sea base and the true legends dragon castle.

If you get back there, I'm looking for an Arkham Knight, Black Mask, 2x Hush, and a Joker. Maybe another Harley and Scarecrow.

I got MU Bishop and I switched his arms to make a better figure and a Black Cat figure.Supposed to get MOTUC Huntarra in the mail today.

I'm hoping to get down to the nearest TRU tomorrow.

I plan to return a Lady Jaye/Baroness set I got that had a broken arm. I went to open it and saw that the Baroness's left arm was broken in the package between the bicep and the elbow.

Planning on looking for more JOEs, the DC Multiverse figures, and some other things.

Got my Bishop wave from HTS with the discount yesterday. Then scored extras of Bishop, Black Cat, Spiderman, Sandman at Target for about $8.50 each after Target price matched HTS price of $9.99 on MI PLUS the BOGO half off sale.

Yeah, they've been flooding the Targets up here with the new no-ticulated MU stuff. I did snag a couple of Black Cats last week just for the heads and legs. Same with both versions of Beast. The arms and torsos on these guys are worthless, but when you can grab the figs for less than the regular $13 Target price, you can get some great fodder. Also: Comic-pack DD in a single pack.

And the latest ML Avengers wave is hitting in the Denver area Targets. Came SO close to snagging an AoU Hulk for my collection, but passed for now.

I need to start taking advantage of Target's price matching, but I never pay attention to other stores' prices.

I had purchased 2 more of the Lady Jaye/Baroness sets from TRU online back at the end of February. When I went to open the first one, I discovered that the Baroness's left arm was completely sheared off right above the elbow. I was gonna contact TRU to return it, but realized I could take it to a store to return/exchange.

So, my Mom and I headed out of town to the nearest TRU, which is about a 45 minute drive. I went in, explained my issue, and was able to exchange my set for a new set. After taking them back to the car I ran inside and hit the action figure aisle.

Managed to score:

4x Lady Jaye/Baroness 2-packs
2x General Clayton "Hawk" Abernathy (v6)
4x Cobra Commander v45
Marvel Universe Infinite Wasp
I hadn't seen the Hawk or Cobra Commander figures in the flesh before.

I looked for the Multiverse figures, but all they had was a plethora of General Zods. There was one lone Zod tucked behind some TMNT figures to the right, and I got a chuckle seeing April in front of Zod.

Think about it...



I did take a pic of the Multiverse shelf tags and we ran a few more errands.

Stopped back to Target and asked at the front desk if they could price match from a pic.They said yes and I said TRU also had the Multiverse figures on sale on their website.

I ran to the back and grabbed:

I wish there had been at least three more Black Masks and a few Harleys. I was gonna have one Black Mask for the alternate head, and then the others for a Destro in a suit and the Crimson Twins in suits. Harley could have been used for some female 'Noks. Plan to use the Scarecrow for a Dreadnok Death Metal WIP, and then maybe see if the Zod head could be used for a more realistic ME Big Brawler.

Stopped at Five Below and scored 3x Captain America Falcon and 3x SHIELD suit Nick Fury.

Went to Walmart last night to pick up some items to help my daughter make an Easter hat for school. While there, we went down a new Clearance isle they had set up. In the isle, they had a mish-mash of lots of single package older looking items that were just thrown on shelves, with sporadic hooks with maybe one item on them. In the middle on a hook, I saw a Star Wars 30th Anniversary Starkiller Hero, for $6.97! I had to take her home with me, as I have been wanting another for a custom. Has anyone else found anything like this at their Walmarts? Mine only carries Corps, Turtles, Star Wars, and Transformers.

While not today, but in the last few days I stopped into TJ Maxxx and found some Wild Republic E-Team boxed vehicle sets for $10 each.

They had 2 of the small hovercraft sets (Everglades Gator Rescue) and one of the Ocean Shark Research set.

Got some ARAH figures yesterday and then today got a Techno-Viper, Ret Lady Jaye, Blind Master, Ult Cobra Commander, and a Ren Cobra Commander.
