Dollar Tree doll house furniture

Found these sets ar Dollar Tree. Cheap, cheap, cheap but in scale. The dress is plasticy fabric the crinkles. Looks more like an apron then a dress but might be usable. I think with some spray paint and detail work the furniture could work really well.
