The Tally-ho Viper is not a common sight. Tally-ho Vipers are generally picked from the ranks of Rock Vipers. They’re strong, agile, flexible, and have an uncanny knack for growing Facial hair. Little else is know about the Tally-ho Viper. Exact troop strength and Motivations are unclear and speculation at best.
Even for the chance to be regularly ridden by Skank Vipers, few men would put up with allowing other men to ride them. Fewer still would put up with being ridden by men in chaps and leather. To tolerate Tigor riding around on your back…It’s scary to imagine what types of people make up the Tally-ho Vipers.

The man known as Tigor is a Mystery wrapped in an Enigma, ribbed for your pleasure. Believed to be related in some manner to the sexy dancer known as Rolando, it is unclear how Tigor became aligned with Cobra. Tigor is used mainly in interrogations; where his near constant sexual advances pressure subjects into talking. Tigor has also been known to train Skank Vipers in various house-wifely activities, including but not limited to: Knob polishing, Stool Pushing, Salad Tossing, and Mustache Riding.
With previous Cobra Interrogators it was said you had to be careful what you were thinking, but with Tigor, you really should worry more about the thoughts in HIS head.
