Nice, Everyone loves a Space Jimmy Smits action figure.

Got a strange small envelope sized brown box from Texas in the mail today. Opened it up and my Club Dr. Mindbender was inside. Gotta say, even though I'm not a fan of the good doctor this is one damn sexy figure.

Picked up 2 Scarlett Witch figures and a MU Black Cat at TRU. Using 3 figures to make a better Black Cat. Using one of the SW for a zombie, the other I'm not sure about yet.

Found the tiny Scarlet Witch when we got food at the SuperTarget. Thought I could only use the tiny magical effects, but seems she is the same height as my Armies of Middle Earth customs, so I just need to cut her at the waist and replace her legs with Grima's skirt piece. New townsfolk.

Got my FSS 3.0 final shipment... well most of it. They didn't send me the 13th figure for some reason. I have an email in to them to see what's up. Hopefully they didn't run out or something stupid like that.

I got my last FSS figures yesterday and then today got the freebie Mindbender...Pretty cool on all 4 of these figures

Today is my birthday and I got some great stuff; 2 watches (1 for hiking, 1 for casual wear), a couple books, a couple shirts (1 that says "World's Okayest Dad" and one with a pick of my daughter on it), a mug (with a pic of my little warrior), a bottle of wine, 2 copies of The Lego movie (one was returned and swapped for a figure and a book from Target), and the coolest of all (other then the stuff with my daughter's pic of course)...

...one of my best friends gave me an old school cookie tin (you know the one the blue one with the butter cookies all our grandmother's had them) this one is rusty and heavy, I look inside, it's full of RAH goodness, he gave me his original G.I.Joes from when he was a kid. This guy knows me well. I went through them and there were figures I never had and even a couple "customized" figures. He like so many of us had parts swapped figures after parts broke. It really is one of the most thoughtful gifts I've ever gotten. I snapped a few pics. I'll try to add them to this post tomorrow.

Just to follow up on my missing FSS3.0 figures, I emailed the Club and they are sending them out. So hopefully I'll have my figures by the end of the week.

I got another Kre-O Cutter but the odd thing was the packing. It came in a padded envelope, no big deal. Inside the padded envelope was one of those small candy hearts boxes like you get at Valentine's Day. It had "KRE-O CUTTER" written in marker on all sides of the box and the ends. Odd I thought but not overly so. I went to open the box and both ends were sealed. I checked again and yep, sealed, as in glued shut at the factory. I shook the box and it rattled a bit like there were small items in it, not unlike a packed full box of Valentine's Day candy hearts. My heart jumped as I thought "great, I'm finally getting "LASER BLAST" over by an ebay seller, selling this box with KRE-O Cutter written on it instead of the actual figure". But I took a breath, opened it up and wrapped in foam padding was Cutter in a plastic baggie. The rattling I heard was his parts clanking against one another (the foam pad was wrapped really tight). So yeah a close one. But I got a glimpse of that feeling people who get screwed on ebay get and I didn't like it. I'm off to make the proper sacrifices to the internet auction site gods.
