I want a few of these: One as-is, one to paint OD, and one to paint up in Omega Supreme colors. For some reason, it makes me think of OS, and I think it'd be a good update, using the hovercraft in place of the rocket.

I'm wondering what feature was planned then omitted; as represented by the empty orange circle between the detail of the tank driving off the ramp and the open window showing the figures.

The tank looks to be MOBAT-sized, so the cargo area should easily fit a VAMP and a couple RAMs, imho.
