I had mixed feelings when I formatted the file cards for the Steel Brigade squad, but then, Bucky didn't tell me they were the Steel Brigade. All he said was that they were a "Peacekeeping force", something that I was more than a little dubious about. But seeing this group as a special detachment of the Steel Brigade -- hey this works. I'm impressed!

I'm Canadian, you know peacekeeking was going to come up sooner or later

Seriously, I always liked the Club's idea of making the Steel Brigade a force that intervenes in trouble areas, peacekeeping with teeth if you will.

"Peacekeeping with teeth" I can get behind.

I've always seen the Steel Brigade as the equivalent of the Crimson Guard.

That's awesome. The ultimate vacuum cleaner. That beats a dyson any day and will most assuredly remove any stubborn stain or guest for that matter.

I love writing file cards for Dreadnoks. You can basically go nuts with it and get away with it. :D

Finally a decent peg-warmer. Let me guess, one per case of deluxe figures, if not one per 2 cases.

Fun!

I can totally see the Dreds attracting a hopeless den mother type.

And the accessories are just perfect.

Love the color and the build of this one Dusty79. The packaging art is also really dynamic.

It's a Canadian thing Tom, that's why I wrote the cards. :-)

I like the Dragonfly colors and agree the artwork on the box is fantastic. Obviously the base vehicle was top notch before so using it here makes a lot of sense. The one thing is the lack of tail rotor, which is fine, as long as you incorporate something else to explain it away. An exhaust port on the bottom of the tail or a reverse facing rotor would have been an easy addition and easily explained it away. I know, I know sci fi next gen and all that. But I can't help but feel there was a missed opportunity to up the aesthetics and play value while also adding a touch of realism.

The side thrusters on the top below the rotors which cover the insertion points from the original rotors are meant to replace the tail rotor. I was thinking they would provide forward thrust and could be throttled up and down independently to turn the aircraft kind of like a tank turns by making one tread move faster.
