Red, White, & BOOM contest voting

These are the two entries for the Red, White & BOOM custom contest. Customizers had to take a vehicle and give it the Stars & Stripes treatment. Voting ends Saturday morning.

Winner takes home a fancy schmancy 2015 SDCC Crimson Strike set.

Back when Big Brawler was a little teen Brawler, his favorite ride was a BRAT. His Brawler BRAT was ideal for roadhouse fun like brawlin', body bumpin', and brawlin'. Brawler considered the time he had with his BRAT the best days of his life and he wanted to recreate his glory days by commissioning Roadblock and Clutch to bang together something similar for the battlefield in the PIT mech shop.

Holy crap. I looked at the first one and said, "nothing's gonna beat that". Then I looked at the second one.

Only 2 entries, but they're both pretty damned good.

These are amazing! Not only would I love to own both of these, I would collect an entire line based off this idea.

Both are exceptional. The paint apps, the deco, everything is fantastic. Very hard decision.

Both are incredible.

The first one is such and amalgamation of parts that I can't identify the donor vehicles. Construction and paint are top notch.

The second is just fantastic from a design stand point and execution. Production quality.

Gotta admit, this was a tough choice. I ultimately went with the Conquest just because I have a fondness for that vehicle. If the "Big Brawler" had more red and blue on it I might have been deadlocked.

Thanks to everyone for voting. I put a lot of effort into that paint job and decal work because there was a lot on the line. I am looking forward to that prize.
