If someone already has all of the cards in the first place, why not just post them in one thread so they are available to everyone from the get-go?

Kind of a round about way to do it...

That's not fair. He just doesn't understand what drives discussion and participation.

Like at all.

I think it being "Kind of a round about way" of doing it is exactly the point DJ. If DOTD just put the cards up, it wouldn't get other people involved. I think it is a fun little exercise, especially when things seem to be kind of slow right now news wise anyway. Gotta collect them all. :-D

It's a fair sentiment, I was worried everyone would feel this way about it, so I can't blame anyone for just not being into it. I felt like this way would feel more interactive for people who participated in commenting on the Resurgence project. But I also figured people would look at 1-4 a lot more closely than they would all 60, making it more likely any mistakes on my part would get pointed out so I could fix them. :)

I do appreciate you posting yours even if you're not a fan of the process.

Yup, check out Bucky's cards on page 2!

ALL cards will be revealed. I've got a set date I'll post up anything that we haven't seen yet, not just going to sit on these forever...

It's just...I just went through something similar at work and it cut into my productivity having to track down info that someone else already had in the first place.

It's not that I don't think the idea of these cards isn't a good idea. It's actually a pretty cool addition to the whole set of figures and vehicles.

It was just my impression like someone has 60 head of cattle in the pen, released them all into the wild, then let all the neighbors round them up and bring them back to the pen to make sure they are all there. I guess it would be one thing if data of where the cattle went and if they stayed in groups and how far they went was the goal, but otherwise...

Not trying to come off as a downer...

I really appreciate the process, and really get what you were doing with it. You took the work, which could have been released as a big chunk, and got the whole community involved in it. I appreciate it, and the thought that it took to come up with it.

One of the really under appreciated parts of Resurgence is how much effort is made in figuring out the best possible way to present the work. There are reveal templates, and plans on how to make sure that people get to see everything without overwhelming everyone. I really think that this activity was in the spirit of Resurgence, and rewarded people for participating by giving them their own little "reveal".

So I not only noticed what you did, but I get why you did it, and appreciate the extra effort that you made to make it a little more special. And I bet that I am not the only one.

This was a great Idea, I really liked it - Sorry I am late to the party. I'd love to be part of a process like this (Resurgence in general) again in the future.

Looks like we've hit the next 11, which means we've collected about 33 of the 55 cards in the wild. We'll see if anymore come in over the next few days.

Here's the third card from the Steel Brigade set.

What do you guys think about the color schemes for each of the card groups? I was thinking I might do another set next year in the style of another card series, but keep the color motifs for each group.
