Is it because it's not linked to the Marvel Movieverse or is that a new trend since Ant-Man barely got a figure and a Lego set?

Long story short, Marvel and Fox don't get along and the rumor is that Marvel is discouraging any Fox Marvel movie merchandise. But I think its just because the movie wasn't good, they knew it wasn't good and didn't want to sink any more money into it than necessary.

Closer to what? Not being available at retail? I kid. I really want that Korg.

All the Walmarts by me have clearanced the GotG wave and it doesn't look like they're getting any other waves. Hasbro shipped the perfect wave to these stores to prove to them there's no point in ever carrying them.

I'm pretty sure Target, Walmart, and TRU are all gearing up for a major reset for Star Wars. Don't be surprised if all these recent summer clearances are happening just to make room for new product they're gearing up for.

I really don't count Walmart anymore. None of mine carry Marvel Infinite.
They don't even carry Star Wars 3.75 inch figures.

Yeah, it's hard to count Walmarts for anything, really. I've had luck with Marvel Legends, but that's about it.

I don't have a Target and my TRU is still flooded with a lot of the Hyperion wave and about a case of the GotG wave. So, unless my Kmart randomly stocks a case like they did with the Beast wave, I never see these in person.

Lol, it's very telling that Goldie has the Showdown Thor in his pic. The MU line has been run by incompetent fools if they can't even get one classic Thor worth having.

If they have to inundate us with Avengers personalities, why can't they give me a Tigra ? I could make great use of a Tigra buck.

Still in availability black hole though. There have been better opportunities for figures on Amazon than ever hoping to find anything in stores.

I don't remember that Iron Man from before. I don't care about it, but I don't remember it. Maybe they keep re-branding this line in hopes to trick stores into actually stocking it.

That's some great packaging. Too bad Ulik is the only one worth buying.

I like Yondu. Spiderman Noir looks like a nice figure but I nothing the character and will probably pass.

Ulik just doesn't look right on account of his arms being too low on the torso. I get why they used the Abomination mold, but they should have done something with the head to make it sit lower and give a hunched appearance. Maybe something like they did with the Thing.

Agreed, Ulik is definitely the winner. But Shattered Dimensions was a really fun game, so I gotta get Spidey Noir. Triton, Yondu and Captain Marvel are all I-need-to-see-them before I fully judge. Soooo, I'll never fully judge. Because I'll never encounter them in person, you see.
