Could someone please identify these accessories? They were in a box of very random stuff, and I'm certain they're G.I. Joe, but I can't place the proper owners (although I think maybe the hat goes to General Flagg?)

I think the brown hat is a General Hawk hat, later years, and the falcon could be Raptor's, or Street Fighter Van Damme Guile's, from the mountain version of him. Orange helmet eludes me.

Helmet is Wild Card's. But I don't think it ever saw US release in orange. Funskool, maybe?

Well, that's interesting! Thank you! Probably explains why it doesn't have a lot of painted detail on it. I'm sure it came from a previous mold, but I wonder if it was Freedom, or maybe Raptor's falcon. There's not that many large birds in the line, and it's certainly not Polly!

Its not Freedom, he had a more curved beak. Looks like Raptor's falcon mold.
