my problem is I don't know where to get them. I contacted them awhile back after the kickstarter and they gave me the link to their store, but they only sell them as a full set. I don't want all 7 of them, they look too similar for my taste I just wanted a few. they basically all have the exact same body sculpt, they all have the same head with just different hair, they all basically have the same couple of slight variations of arms and legs. and even thought they all have different flesh colors, they are mostly too slight of color variations. its the same problem I have with that captain action kickstarter, I don't like a bunch of just slight variations of the same figure.
so where can I buy just 2 or 3 of these figures?

They really should go modular with these. The 'characters' aren't very interesting, but a "build your own figure" seems perfect for this style and in keeping with the company's audience/mission.

I was all about the single figure with the wings, even though I'm pretty sure the wings don't flip out, until I saw the single figure pre-orders are random.

Yeah, that's kind of a deal breaker for me, too. Blind-bag is great for the $1-$4 range, but for $11, I want to know what I'm getting. I feel bad, I like their products and mission and would like to support them, but there's a lot I don't like about their execution.

The bags are marked as to which figure is inside, they are only random when ordering online.

Well, yeah; but that's no help when you want to order a specific one, man.

Maybe for series 3 they can spend some money for a torso joint.

And again: Go modular. Sell base figures in a variety of colors, then sell accessories (either individually or in packs...or hell, blind-bag THOSE) and let girls build their own heroes.
