Here comes the big surprise project of 2016!!!! Very proud to reveal my Sky Falcon VTOL. I always liked the look of the Cobra Hurricane, but the colors were odd and that drone that sat on top of a spoiler was dumb. So I made some changes. Based off of a Cobra Hurricane, this one sports a custom chrome finish done by Concepts In Chrome, and paint done by myself. Stickers are from toyhax & are from various kits. I added Swampmasher wheels as booster engines as the stock ones are near impossible to find. I also removed the spoiler in the middle & reversed the tail fins. This helped make it look more aggressive & nimble. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Fantastic! Did you send the parts away to have them chromed or is the company close to home? How does concepts in chrome work?

I sent them to him in Washington, it took about 2 weeks to get chromed. I cleaned it & removed all sticker residue as it will affect the overall finish. He is easy to contact on Facebook & reasonable on prices. Definitely recommend his services.

any time you can get something chromed, it's a nice win. Good work overall, I dig it.

If that were a con exclusive or something I think people would go nuts. Totally surpasses the original vehicle.

Beautiful Plane! Was it expensive having it chromed? Great idea for the engines and the wings make a huge difference. I always looked at mine and wondered why Hasbro didn't do that. Great job again.

Let's just say this is the most expensive Hurricane ever assembled, lol. The chroming cost double what the whole plane cost. Thanks for the support, Hasbro I feel dropped the ball big time on this one.

If the club or hasbro could get the cost down, I can't see why this would not happen.
