I'm loving the Talos figure.
The description on the back of his box mentions that 'Talos' was the name of a small group of four living bronze statues that were a gift from Zeus and were protectors of Crete.
Would've been nice to know this tidbit, when the Talos figure was available to purchase. Would've gotten three more.
Hopefully they make some available to purchase, like they did the 'Ghosts of the Battlefield' pack.
These are the ones I get to keep.
Also got the Spartan, Coral Gorgon, and clear orange blank, which are for Scramble.
Need to make a strap for Medusa's quiver.
As is, I'm planning on using the Talos and Cursed Spartan figures as living statues, that were transformed by Medusa's gaze, and are now her servants.
Talos was an attractive man who came to kill her, and after she turned him to stone, she was enchanted by his looks, and stared at him for a really long time. Her gaze eventually turning him to bronze, and giving him limited life, in her service. When a second attractive man came to slay her, she tried again to make a bronze servant, but grew bored part way through, and he remained stone, but was still given limited life as her servant.
They hide amongst the other warriors who have been turned to stone, and ambush would be attackers hunting Medusa.
